WOW what an amazing turn out for our Xmas Social, we had a record number of you playing netball! For the first time in a while the weather wasn’t on our side but that didn’t stop us having a lot of fun.
A huge shout out and thank you to Katy Heskins, WNC Social Secretary for organizing the whole event. Also a big thank you to all the coaches and volunteers who ran the event on the day being kept busy umpiring and scoring.
We were incredibly thankful for your generosity and such a fantastic afternoon and a great wrap up at the end of a busy term. The food and snack donations that were left over went to two worthy causes. Some was delivered to Windsor Foodshare based at Dedworth Baptist Church and the rest went to Windsor Girls School where “Interact” (a voluntary group of 6th formers who connect WGS to local and global charitable organisations) sold it during their Cake Sale raising £160+ for the Malala Foundation
